How it Works
SafetyCatch is a system that keeps track of the applications you generate. If no application is submitted by the mortgage funding date, SafetyCatch sends a letter to your clients to confirm that no coverage exists. This proves that you fulfilled your responsibility to offer mortgage protection.
If your client wants protection, SafetyCatch also gives him or her a second chance to apply. Before SafetyCatch sends a letter to one of your clients, we will ask for your instructions. This "notification" process has customizable features to allow you to tailor SafetyCatch to suit your way of doing business.
Fully Compliant with Privacy Legislation
SafetyCatch is operated on your behalf by Broker Support Centre Inc. (BSC). You retain control of the client data that BSC receives and it is only shared with the insurance company once a signed application is received. That's why the SafetyCatch letters come from you and not from Benesure or from the insurance company. |
